do you do you wanna lose it all cause this is more than just a dance hall drug
saturday mornings, austin bennett usually followed the same routine. today was no different. waking up at about ten thirty, he'd decided to head on down to the music rooms and practice. he had an assignment to do for his teacher, so he would have to present that. sure, he was almost certain that he would pass it, but he was one of those guys that, even if he knew he would do fine, he would panic about it and work at it till he could do a song in his sleep. the assignment for the week was actually a cover song contest. they were to pick a song, and then they would have to do an acoustic cover. it was something about being able to make a song your own, whether you wrote it or not. he wasn't sure; his professor was an eccentric lady who thought of those random things.
for now he was in his dormroom, getting dressed. pulling on a pair of jeans over his boxers, he pulled on a t-shirt before throwing his sweatshirt overtop of it. combing his hair so that it was down, not spiked up in the front like normal, he grabbed his guitar, phone, and iPod, and left the room. carrying the guitar in one hand, he pulled the headphones from around his iPod, shoving them one by one in his ear. he started listening to the song that he was to do for his performance. it wasn't for another few days, but he wanted to practice, just to be sure.
austin was one of those kinds of guys. many considered him a 'geek' because he spent a lot of time actually studying and doing his work. he wasn't one for parties; in fact, he never partied. never drank, never smoked. he was a virgin in almost every single way. except he kissed girls before. but those relationships never lasted, mostly because all the girls he'd dated in the past had been shallow and only wanted him to help them pass a class or something. so he wasn't exactly looking for anybody at the moment, though one girl had unwillingly caught his eye.
aubree davis was one of the more adorable girls he'd seen around so far. she was probably a lot more outspoken and out-there than him. they'd only met a few times; he'd ran into her accidently quite a lot, mostly because he would be reading and walking at the same time. he was sure that she thought he was a total loser by now because every single time they'd run into each other, he'd been reading, or talking to a fellow student about physics or something like that.
BAM! without a warning, the door to the music rooms opened. "crap..." rubbing his forehead, he looked up to see his eccentric teacher standing there, looking down worriedly at him. oh goodness, are you all right? he nodded that he was, and asking her how her day was and such, he waved goodbye as she hurried off to do who knows what. at least he had the room to himself. that was the one thing he was happy about. looking around first, he made sure no one was in before he closed the door behind him. setting his guitar down on the floor, he opened the case and pulled it out. he went over to one of the chairs near the windows; he always seemed to focus better when he could see sunlight. it was like magic for his music.
tuning his guitar quickly, he took a deep breath before starting to play the chords to the song.
today is a winding road, that's taking me to places that i didn't want to go whoa oh, oh, oh, oh today, in the blink of an eye i'm holding onto something and i do not know why i tried i tried to read between the lines i tried to look in your eyes i want a simple explanation for what i'm feeling inside i gotta find a way out, maybe there's a way out
your voice was the soundtrack of my summer do you know you're unlike any other you'll always be my thunder and i said your eyes are the brightest of all the colors i don't want to ever love another you'll always be my thunder so bring on the rain, and bring on the thunder
he continued with the song, his voice hitting his pitches almost perfectly. he'd worked on the song for hours; sure, he wasn't exactly able to get his voice as high as martin johnson's or anything, but he was making the song his own, in a way. continuing strumming, he was almost off into his own little world. he just wished that he had other people with him; with drums and maybe even a piano, the song would have sounded a lot better than just him and a guitar. oh well, he'd make do.
he was nearing the end of the song, but he didn't stop. instead, he started repeating the chorus. mostly because he didn't feel like working on another else. when he got into a song, he got into it. and this was one of of his favorite songs, so usually he got caught up with it. and right now he was so caught up he didn't even notice that the door was opening behind him.

do you do you wanna lose it all cause this is more than just a dance hall drug
strumming the last strums of the song, he hadn't even noticed the new addition to the song. looking up as he heard 'thunder' being held out longer than what he had done, he turned around, noticing the girl he'd been thinking about. aubree davis. he felt heat rushing to his face as he stared up at her; he hadn't meant for anyone to hear him sing, let alone her. hearing her say it was really good, he flashed her a small smile, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. he looked down at his guitar as he talked. "yeah, it's an assignment for my music class. we have to do a cover of a song, and this song...well, there's just something about it, really." he shrugged, looking up at her.
he looked her up and down; she looked adorable today. he wasn't like one of those guys who only called girls 'hot' or 'sexy'. he used words like 'beautiful', 'stunning', 'adorable'. and she looked all three of them. he shook those thoughts out of his head; he didn't know why he was thinking such thoughts about this girl. it was weird, in his mind. he looked up at her, now raising an eyebrow. she was a dance major; what was she doing down here? "what're you doing down here?" he quickly shook his head at her. "i mean, it's not a bad thing you're here or anything! i was just curious." he mumbled the last part, looking down again. way to go, bennett. he always seemed to screw up what he said.
he stood up, putting his guitar back in its' case, but leaving it on the floor. he straightening up, pulling his shirt down. he ran a hand through his hair before looking down at her. he never noticed how short she was. "if you're here to work on music or something...i could help?" he gave her a small smile, though it was bigger than the first one he gave her. he was slowly working up talking to her; he was a pretty quiet guy, so he wasn't used to talking to people. let alone girls. let alone cute girls that he seemed to have feelings for...no! he wasn't going to admit it; he'd had so many past girlfriends, all of them hurting him in some way. and he wasn't going to be hurt like that again. he wouldn't be able to bare that. especially if it was her...
but he was going to give her a chance. she seemed nice so far; maybe she was different. he went over to the piano, sitting down on the bench. patting the spot next to him, he looked up at her. "i can help you practice, if that's what you want. or i could just leave if you don't want me here." he shrugged, looking up at her. he wouldn't mind helping her at all; it would give them a good chance to try and get to know each other better.

im learning to fall i can't hardly breathe.
she watched as he awkwardly looked down at his guitar. she bit her lip. she had never had a thing for a shy guy. maybe thats why they all broke her heart. maybe the key to a good relationship is to get a shy guy. she shook her head as he finished talking. she saw that he was looking up at her. there was something about that moment that made her heart skip a beat. she looked down at her heart and wondered why it kept doing that. she looked back at him and nodded. "i understand what you mean. that song is great." she gave him a quick smile before he asked her what she was doing here. she let out a small laugh as he mumbled on. she looked at the ground and then back over at him. she shrugged before speaking. "well i am a dance major but i am a vocal minor."
she looked at the ground as she said a few words that everyone but herself denied. "though, i suck." she let out a tiny laugh as she looked back up. she was having a hard time looking at him without getting butterflies. it was a weird situation for her. she had never expected for a boy like him to make her feel like this. she watched as he put his guitar away and offered to help her. he wanted to help her? she wasnt sure whether or not she should accept. for one thing, she did need a little help. on the other hand, she didnt want him to think that was the only reason she was talking to him. biting her lip, she looked over at him as he sat on the piano. she tried to rack her brain for an excuse to leave but she was completely out of ideas. so... she walked over to the piano.
aubree sat down beside him. it took her a minute to adjust and get comfortable. her shoulder was against his and she felt fire throughout her entire body. she looked over at him and smiled an embarrassed smile. she wasnt used to being like this. she felt like a little school girl with her first crush. she bit her lip before talking to him. "do you want to hear something?" she raised an eyebrow at him. she wanted to share a song with him. a song she had written. one that she had never played or sang for anyone else. she looked down at her hands as she waited for him to say something. she wasnt sure he would want to hear anything by her but she was willing to risk it. she wasnt going to tell him that she composed the piece unless he liked it.
a million thoughts ran through her head. did he have a girlfriend? what was she like? what kind of girls did he like? was music a big part of his life or just a hobby? she felt a strange need to know his birthday and his parents names. a feeling she had never felt before. aubree was always the kind of girl that lived each day like it was her last and she decided that today was going to be no different. she smiled as she waited, still looking at her hands. why was it that she wanted to share things with this boy. she wanted to jump up and tell him about the dog food she ate when she was five and the time she wanted to be a psychologist becuase she thought all they did was prove people wrong so they could scream 'sikeee' in peoples faces. whatever it was, she couldnt tell if she liked it or not.

do you do you wanna lose it all cause this is more than just a dance hall drug
he looked up at her as she looked down. it was quite awkward. neither of them seemed able to make eye contact with each other. he was curious; was she feeling something too? no, she probably wasn't. he was just being hopeful. though why he wasn't sure yet. he looked at her as she talked. "yeah, boys like girls are one of my favorite bands." he smiled up at her. they really were. many of boys like girls' songs related to him in so many ways, which is why when he was back in the band they did covers of almost all of boys like girls' songs. they were good inspiration to him. he looked up at her just as she mentioned her minor. "dance? that's pretty awesome." he smiled at her. he admired those that could dance; he failed at that.
hearing her say something else, he looked at her as he just barely caught what she was saying. "i bet you don't." he smiled a supportive smile at her. "come on, i bet you have a great voice." he looked at her as he sat on the piano bench. he watched her stand there for a minute, and he felt like he'd rushed that. sure, it was just helping her out, but maybe that was the wrong thing to do? he wasn't too sure; he'd never really had a girl like him for being...well, him, so he wasn't sure what behavior girls responded too. it was like studying animals; they all were different in many ways, but in other ways so similar. girls acted different from another, yet the same at the same time. he just hoped she was different, in a good way.
but he grinned as she sat down beside him, not even daring to move. their shoulders were just barely touching. he saw her smile a smile at him ( was it embarressed? ), and he grinned down at her. hearing her question, he nodded. "yeah. whether it's your own or not. if it's your own, i can play something along...?" he ran his fingers over the keyes, hitting every other note at a quick pace. sure, he wasn't the best at piano, but he was pretty decent. he looked up at her before letting his fingers run over the keys again, this time in a slower, more ballad type movement. it was a bit slow, but he wanted tos how her that he would play for her. though they never really talked ( this was probably their first official meeting ) he felt as though he was her best friend. but it wasn't true. he just knew her name and major. he wanted to know everything about her. from her hobbies to if she had pets to if she was dating someone. the last one stabbed his heart; he couldn't see why someone like her would be single; she looked as though she'd have a devoted boyfriend.
just the mere thought of that made him want to scream. but he wouldn't. instead, he looked up at her, grinning, the music coming to an abrupt stop. "so, am i hired to play the piano for you?" yes, that was his lame attempt at a joke. he wasn't exactly one that joked around too often; his teachers had often told him he needed to loosen up, have some fun once in a while. but that wasn't that easy; he'd been raised, by both his parents, his siblings, and the expectations of teachers, that he should be the best he could be and take schoolwork more seriously than everything else there was in the world. it wasn't easy for him to loosen up. so how was it that this one girl was getting him to let go of all his morals?

aubree couldnt agree more. boys like girls is a great band. their lyrics are inspirational and very relateable. she loves listening to them and singing along. she has even danced to remixes of the songs. aubree always uses her favorite bands. she nodded at austin. "yeah they are great. i also really like forever the sickest kids." she grinned. it was only funny to her because her brother is in the band. no one she knows really knows that. she never tells people because she is pretty worried that people will use her to get to him and stuff like that. but, she had no problem telling austin something like this. she had this feeling that no matter what she has to offer, he would never use her.
she looked over at him as he wanted to play the piano for her. aubree smiled at him. she couldnt help but smile. she stared down at his hands as he played the piano. aubree didnt play the piano but she played enough to compose her own songs. she bit her lip and ran a hand through her hair. she looked over at him and opened her mouth. "well.. normally i would let you but..." she stopped talking as an idea popped into her head. she wondered if he knew cpr. she raised an eyebrow to herself as a great idea popped into her head. she grinned for a moment as she looked up at him. then, suddenly she started to choke. she coughed as she jumped off of the piano seat. okay, she wasnt really choking but she was having a lot of fun pretending.
aubree put a hand on the piano still gagging and choking. she looked over at austin, desperate for him to do something. she slapped her knee and really got into the whole choking thing. aubree had to admit, she sounded pretty legit. maybe she should have taken acting as a minor. this thought almost made her laugh so she told herself not to think. she looked at austin as if she were dying and then suddenly, she fell to the ground. she slammed her eyes closed and tried her hardest not to breathe. she didnt want this too seem as fake as it really was. though, she had to wonder if he would realize that she had absolutely nothing to choke on. she waited, hoping he would try out his cpr skills on her.

hearing her say forever the sickest kids, he grinned. "they're pretty good too. they have a good sound." wow, they were getting on well already. they were agreeing on music, which, in his book, was a plus. "though all time low and fall out boy are on this list, i assume?" he grinned up at her. the awkward ice was breaking, which was very, very good. he hated the awkwardness that was always there whenever he met new people. he just looked at her as they sat there on the bench. that was the return of the awkwardness.
hearing her, he raised an eyebrow, but she didn't continue. he looked at her until he heard her start to choke. his eyes widened as he looked at her. watching her jump off the bench, she seemed to really be struggling to breathe. he stood up, ready to get a hold of her and see what was wrong, but pretty soon she hit the ground. "wha...but...HUH!?" he looked around; his instructor wasn't back yet. he looked back down at her as she continued to choke. "what...what do i do!?" he knelt down beside her before looking at her.
"CPR?!" the letters hit him quick. he realized he'd have to do CPR on her. oh god, why?? he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to do that. he just barely remembered it! all he knew was that you pinched their nose and breathed into their mouth.....he looked down at her, and he bit his lip. should he have gone to get a teacher? probably. but he wasn't going to leave her here...taking a shaky breathe, he looked down at her. "please, don't smack me....?" he leaned his head down, pinching her nose gently in between his fingers before he leaned his head down towards her lips. he was almost about to pull back ( in fact, he would have ) if he hadn't been a total idiot and fell foreward, his lips crashing onto hers. he stared down at her, not even breathing into her mouth like he was supposed to do with CPR. he even let go of her nose. instead, he just stared down at her until he had enough sense to pull back.
he glanced down at her, heat rushing to his face. he was sure he was as red as a tomatoe at that moment. "uhm...he...uh.."

im learning to fall i can't hardly breathe.
she grinned back at him when he said that forever the sickest kids were a good group. "well i just so happen to be very close with that band." she grinned even more, wondering if he would believe her or not. when he went on with other bands she let her mouth drop. was he making fun of her? she couldnt tell so she leaned over and hit his arm lightly. "maybe they are." she couldnt stop smiling but she tried to play it off in a cool way. she shrugged nonchalantly but she had to turn her head away so he wouldnt see her smile. the nervousness had gone away and she was just trying to be herself now. it seemed to be working and that made her pretty happy.
she couldnt see him but she could hear his reaction and it was taking every ounce of her self control not to laugh. she heard him scream what do i do and for a moment, she lost hope. she was afraid that this was it. proof that she shouldnt have even tried. and then those three letters left his mouth and she tried not to smile. hearing him ask her not to smack him, she raised an eyebrow to herself. he pinched her nose and waited impatiently. and then his lips hit hers but not really. he was really giving her cpr. she frowned until suddenly his lips crashed hard against hers. her eyes got wide and she wasnt sure what to do. hearing him kind of giggle awkwardly, she opened her eyes. she raised an eyebrow as a small grin came across her face.
she stared up at him. that was definitely not what she expected. she let out a small laugh. "austin, promise me you will never ever try to give me cpr again." she couldnt help but laugh again. but without one other word, she leaned forward and pressed her lips lightly against his. she didnt pull away becuase she figured if he didnt want it, he would pull away. there was something about kissing him, her eyes closed, hoping he would kiss her back that made her heart lurch from her chest and into his hands. that was it. she had fallen and hit the ground. and the fall hurt a little more than she expected.

hearing her, he raised an eyebrow. even though she was grinning, he couldn't help but wonder if that was true. "really?" he would sure feel stupid if she was lying, but something about her face made it seem as though it were true. but he was pulled out of his thoughts when she hit his arm playfully. laughing, he leaned back before saying. "hey, i'm just saying. both of them are really good bands." he grinned at her. he thought they were; many of the bands he listened to were the bands that many people never really liked, or ever heard of. he was quite weird like that, but he didn't mind at all. he liked being unique.
damn, why did the girl have to start choking now? now he was scared out of his mind. and course, he'd screwed CPR....badly. that didn't help her in any way, he doubted. but he looked down at her as he pulled back, that awkward laugh leaving his mouth making him sound like a weird little nine year old or something that was caught doing something he shouldn't have been doing. he was next to her on his knees, his hands on his knees, a slight smile on his face. but he felt it drop because he was kind of afraid of her not liking that. but seeing a small grin on her face, he grinned as she let out a small laugh.
hearing her, he laughed, nodding. "okay." he was going to say something else but he soon felt her lips against his. his eyes were wide at first as she kissed him; he wasn't sure of what to do at all. this was his first kiss that was happening here! a part of his brain started screaming at him; you dimwit! kiss her back! so that's what he did. he let his arm wrap around her waist as he kissed her back. he wasn't even sure if he was doing it right. he felt awkardly stupid, but he decided to go with what he was doing. but even if he was screwing it up, he was happy he was kissing her. he'd liked her since he first ran into her, and nothing was gonna kill that now.
he pulled back slowly, letting a low breath out as he looked at her. a breathless smile took over his face as he looked down at her. "that was....nice." he smiled a soft smile. he meant that. his first kiss probably wouldn't be better than that. he enjoyed every minute of what he just experienced.

she nodded as he asked her if it was true. "yes sir." she gave him a small smile and looked down at the ground. she hadnt really talked to anyone and had this much fun in a while. she liked it, she liked austin. she watched him lean back and say that they were good bands. "hmm, really? i had you pegged as a classical music kinda guy." she smirked at him teasingly. aubree got up and walked over to the dry erase board. she looked at it for a moment before picking up a purple marker and opening the cap. she grinned before having a very childish moment. she pushed the marker against the board to write. a few seconds later, she moved back and laughed. the board now said 'austin is a loser hoeface.' she looked over at austin, grinning from ear to ear.
he started to kiss her back. aubree smiled as she kissed him. his arm slid around her waist and she felt shivers run up and down her spine. aubree grabbed his face as she kissed him back even more. she pulled away as he did. she bit down on her lip as she stared up at him. hearing his voice, she let out a small giggle and nodded. "yes it was. we uh... we'll have to do it again sometime." she grinned at him as she wondered what he was thinking. aubree looked down at her wrist as if she were looking at a watch. "hmm.. how about now?" she nodded at him, trying not to laugh. she waited for his response before she was going to make the first move again. she was finding it hard to stop smiling at him.

do you do you wanna lose it all cause this is more than just a dance hall drug hearing her say that it was true, he raised an eyebrow at her, but she didn't seem to be kidding. "that's pretty damn awesome." it really was; not many people could say they knew a band personally. looking at her as she 'pegged him for a classical music kinda guy', he laughed. "okay, i do listen to classical, but i listen to today's music too. jeez. i'm not someone's grandfather or anything. i'm not from the eighteen hundreds or anything." he grinned at her. he looked at her as she got up, raising an eyebrow. watching her walk to the dry erase board, he watched her write something on the board, but he couldn't see what she was writing. when she moved away from the board, he read what she'd written, rolling his eyes. "very mature, miss aubree." he smirked at her before standing up. taking the spare marker, he took the cap off and wrote 'but aubree loves loser hoefaces' right underneath it. he looked at her, smirking, trying not to laugh.
he looked at her as she said they'd have to do it again. he raised an eyebrow at her; he hadn't thought she'd want to do that again. he thoguht it was a spur of the moment thing for her, and she would realize she'd kissed him, and decide not to. but hearing her say they'd have to do it again made a smile appear on his face. so maybe she did enjoy it as much as he did? who knew? but he was happy. hearing her say how about now, he laughed slightly before looking at her. he didn't do anything for a few moments before leaning forward, pressing his lips against hers lightly before pulling away. "mission accomplished." he grinned at her teasingly; so, even though he hadn't ever kissed a girl before, he could be quite the tease, it turned out. but he found it funny.
he glanced down at his watch, noticing that it was nearing noon, and he was starving. looking at her, he raised an eyebrow. "would a certain miss aubree be willing to come along with mr. austin to go get some breakfast?" technically, lunch...or brunch, whatever it was called, but either way, he was starving. and he felt this would be a good time to get to know her.

im learning to fall i can't hardly breathe.
she laughed when he said that it was pretty damn cool. she nodded at him. she thought it was pretty cool. aubree thought for a moment before speaking. "ya know.. i could like... introduce you, if you wanted." she shrugged, not sure what he would say to that. hearing his laugh made her smile and she listened to his voice. she let out a laugh of her own. "well... i would hope you werent someones grandfather." she bit down on her lip as he walked towards her. aubree was known for being slightly immature sometimes. she watched him write on the board. seeing what he wrote, she felt a blush come across her cheeks. she walked closer to him, staring up at him. her body was almost touching his because she was so close. she narrowed her eyes teasingly as she spoke. "and do you have any proof of this?" a slight smirk appeared on her face.
they sat in silence for a few moments. those moments felt like hours. dead silence was not something aubree was very fond of but she could deal with it. she closed her eyes as he leaned towards her. she kissed him back just as lightly. when he pulled away, she slowly opened her eyes. hearing him, a grin appeared on her face. "kissing me was a mission? did you have this all planned so you could kiss me? you made me choke so you could get me on the floor... tsk tsk austin." she couldnt wipe the grin off of her face as she said this. seeing as how she faked the whole thing, the thought was quite funny. she watched him look at his watch. hearing his voice, she smiled at him. "are you asking me out?" she bit down on her lip as she stared into his eyes.

do you do you wanna lose it all cause this is more than just a dance hall drug hearing her say that she could introduce him, he raised an eyebrow. "is this how you pick up guy?" he smirked at her, laughing slightly. "that'd be cool, but i think getting to know you more is better than knowing a famous band." that wasn't that bad of a line, he thought to himself. he was getting better with talking to her. hearing her, he grinned. "i'm glad i'm not. or else...well, this would be illegal." he smirked at her. he looked down at her as he wrote his words, and seeing a redish hue to her face, he smiled. "are you blushing?" he grinned down at her; that was the most adorable thing he had ever seen. but he was surprised when she looked up at him, moving closer. they were almost touching; he could even feel her body heat on him as she stood there. he felt his mind racing slightly, but he couldn't understand why. and he was a pretty smart kid. but he wasn't going to let it show. instead, he smirked, looking at her. "you know they say when someone constantly teases you, it means they find you irresistable." he smirked at her, staring down into her brown eyes, waiting for her to argue back.
feeling her kiss him back, he smiled under the kiss before they pulled away. he watched her, listening to her talk, and he felt a grin appear on his face as she said that. "oh yeah, because i totally managed to insert that thought into your head. i magically invaded your head in your sleep, telling you to fake choking so i could have a heart attack. yeah, yeah, that's the whole plan." he rolled his eyes, grinning at her. "but mission kiss aubree worked well, i would say." he had nothing else to say to that; he just let his grin talk for him. he watched her after he asked her, and hearing her question, he raised an eyebrow. but soon he felt a smile appear on his face. "yes. yes i am." he grinned at her, standing up. he held his hand out for her, waiting for her to take it so they could go. now he was starving, and it took him a minute to realize that he really had asked her out.
waiting for her to take her hand, he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. taking it out, he saw that he had a new voicemail message. holding a finger up, asking her to wait, he dialed his voicemail number and listened. he rolled his eyes as he heard addie's voice in his ear. knowing nothing too big, he put it on speaker. aubree knew addie, so it didn't matter.
"austin! it's addie! me and emma are at the dress shop with connor! we're getting the bridesmaid dresses! so tonight, you have to come to emma's apartment and model them with connor! he said yes! so you better be there! love ya, bye! "
he rolled his eyes as he listened to the message. he turned back to aubree, laughing. "don't you just love addie?" he knew she'd have to know addie; addie was a hard person to miss. but then he realized that he would have to model dresses later that night. "awh, man! dammit addie!" he said to the air, as though she'd be able to hear him from whatever store she was at. he turned to aubree. "you want to model dresses in my place?" he grinned a childish grin at her, hoping she's say yes, though he doubted it.

im learning to fall i can't hardly breathe.
aubree watched as he raised an eyebrow and asked her that question. she thought about it for a second before smirking. "who says i want to pick you up?" when she heard him say that getting to know her is better, she couldnt help but grin. this boy was making her smile more than anyone else ever had. she was pretty much loving it. she raised an eyebrow at him when he said this would be illegal. "what exactly is 'this'?" she raised both eyebrows and pointed from herself to him with her finger. when he asked if she was blushing it just made her blush even more. she looked down at the ground and shook her head. their bodies were barely seperated as he spoke. she raised an eyebrow as he said that. "maybe i do." she put her hands on his shirt, grabbed it, and pulled him closer to her. "and would that really be a bad thing?"
hearing him go on about putting the idea in her head, she couldnt help but laugh. hearing the last part, she grinned at him and nodded. "Id say so too." when he said that he was asking her out, she bit her lip. she thought for a moment as he stood up. she was about to grab his hand when he told her to wait and he pulled out his phone. she stared up at him. she heard a voice through the phone and she raised an eyebrow. hearing him ask if she loved addie, she shrugged. she didnt know addie all that well but she seemed nice. aubree grabbed his hand and pulled herself up. "well.. im accepting the whole date offer." she smiled at him. but then, hearing his question, she just blinked. trying on dresses for a wedding she wasnt in? she bit her lip.
"i.. i dont know austin." she looked down at the ground feeling as if she had just let him down. aubree looked over at the doors as they swung open. she raised an eyebrow as a pretty girl with dark hair walked in. the girl had on headphones and she was bopping her head along as she walked in. the girl looked up and stopped dead in her tracks. she let out a small laugh, muttered a sorry, and walked back out. aubree let out a small laugh of her own and looked back at austin. "its not that i dont want to hang out with you but.. like, i dont want to impose." she shrugged. aubree could be outspoken and loud but she wasnt the kind of girl to invite herself places. she looked up at him, waiting for him to say something.

do you do you wanna lose it all cause this is more than just a dance hall drug hearing her question, he raised an eyebrow, but smirked at her all the same. "who says you don't?" seeing her grin, he smiled; she had a pretty gorgeous smile. he wasn't like other guys, who only noticed a girl's figure and things like that. he always paid attention to a girl's face, mostly her smile. smiles were something that could always tell you something about the person. he looked at her as she said what exactly they were, and he shrugged nonchalantely. "i don't know. what would you call 'this'?" he was being pretty distant with answering questions now. he didn't know why; he always had weird moments like this. he looked down at her as her face turned even redder. "you are!" he smirked at her. he thought was pretty adorable. he was surprised when she reached for the front of his shirt, pulling him down closer to her. hearing her question, his eyes widened. he was trying to breathe evenly. "i...don't think so.."
he grinned at her as she said she'd say so. but he dropped the grin as she bit her lip; was she rejecting him? he frowned at that mere thought. but as he listened to addie's message, those thoughts were pulled out of his head. but the minute she took his hand, he remembered everything. he looked up at her, and hear ing her say she was accepting the whole date offer, he grinned down at her. until she bit her lip again; that always seemed to be a bad sign. he looked at her as she said she didn't know. he looked at her, but hearing the door open, he glanced up; it was reagan james. he didn't know her that well at all; she was a music major, and a complete bitch, according to people. but she was probably in a good mood or something, because all she said was sorry and walked out. thank goodness. he turned back to aubree, and hearing her reasonging, he grinned at her. "addie would love to have you. she asked a random dude on the school chat to model for her wedding, and he's probably not even enrolled here yet." he laughed at that; he remembered that conversation in his head clearly.
"so come on. she'd love to have you. the more the merrier, in her opinion. just for the modelling. but she'd love to have you at the wedding too, i'll bet." he knew addie pretty well; the two of them were pretty much best friends. it was quite funny in his mind; the two weren't exactly compatible by nature, but addie loved him the minute they'd met. he never understood why. but either way, he pushed those thoughts out of his head as he turned back to aubree. "please? for me?" he stuck his bottom lip out as though he were a little boy begging for candy.
